had training today and im having cramps all over my body because of trying not to injure the other.

wait let us start off what happen in the morning. Yaya went running across the house(as usual) and she slipped on her own book which she just placed on the floor a minute ago and hit her forehead on the tip of the glass table exactly on my left handside. I didnt hav time to react and catch her because it happened so fast. The sound of the impact was sooo loud that we were afraid that it hit her eye or something happen to her forehead. I quickly picked her up but the thought of her prolly hitting her eye made me sick so i quickly passed her to my mom.(passing the parcel jap) But she was fine soon after tho. alhamdullilah.

ok sorry this sidetrack served with purpose to what i am going to type next. So today there were roughly about 8 new players who came, but all of them were fit mind you(mati aku dibuatnyr). So all of them were new and they just learned how to tackle on that same day. When coach carried out a mini game one of the new girl wanted to tackle me and instead of making me land on her left, she pulled me down to her right, exactly where she place her head at on my buttcheeks. Jap2, confirm chop all lost in this part right. Ok the main idea is if i follow her fall which is to land on her right i will crash her head. Ok get it? So the morning incident kind of put me in trauma, so i force myself to fall on her left and "ketakk!" i twisted my knee. FUH! LIKE ONE OF THOSE SOUND EFFECT IN JET LI MOVIES. hahaahahha. and here i am with a bad ankle and also a sore neck. I cannot even do a fireman lift on anyone there. Weak like taugeh.. Maybe too much taugeh is harmful afterall. SO STOP THE TAUGEH EATING EVERYONE! hahaha.

games will be on sat at yio chu jang stadium. i think i prefer benchwarming. haha pemls.
